Michael has experience on both sides of the courtroom serving as a federal prosecutor for several years. He is well-versed in all courts, in both state and federal appeals. He has appeared in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 11th Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
In State appeals, he has appeared in the District Court of Appeals in Florida for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Districts, and the Florida Supreme Court.

Michael got his start in international affairs by representing the U.S. State Dept. and Dept. of Justice in international extraditions, coordinating with foreign governments.
